Live AMD evidence supports PCIe 4.0 but not x16 because the setup guide's x16 wording is a host-slot requirement. AMD's 267 mm length, two-slot occupancy, 2x8-Pin connectors and display standards are model-page or reference guidance rather than universal partner-board specifications.
